European Communities - Transport - Air transport - Bilateral agreements on air transport concluded between member state and United States - Compatibility of agreement with Community law.
By having adopted and maintained in force a bilateral agreement between itself and the United States of America (under which only airlines owned and controlled within the contracting parties were granted access to routes between the contracting states), Sweden had failed to fulfil its obligations under arts43EC, 10EC, Council Regulation (EEC) 2409-92 (on fares and rates for air services) and Council Regulation (EEC) 2299-89 (on a code of conduct for computerised reservation systems).
