Employment - Unfair dismissal - Redundancy - Events after dismissal rendering dismissal unfair.
A dismissal might become unfair as a result of supervening events. It became unfair to carry out an otherwise genuine redundancy dismissal when either more work became available, or the pool of people to be dismissed reduced.
