Negligence - Professional negligence - Solicitor - Purchase of land - No evidence of negligence by solicitors conducting purchase of land.
On the facts of the instant case, there was no evidence to support the claimants' contention that the defendant solicitors had been in breach of contract or negligent in failing to act with proper skill, care and competence in the purchase of a site for redevelopment and their claim would, accordingly, be dismissed.
