Insurance - Marine insurance - Policy - Construction - Shipment of vehicles - Confiscation of vehicles not amounting to seizure - Insurers liable under policy.
A judge had been entitled to allow a claim under two insurance policies for the loss of two consignments of cars which were taken illegally by customs officials in the Dominican Republic as the taking of the vehicles had not amounted to seizure, an excluded peril under the policies.
