Town and country planning - Enforcement notice - Appeal - Right of appeal - Condition - Validity of condition.
The Secretary of State's planning inspector had been entitled to give effect to a planning condition, when upholding an enforcement notice against a claimant, in circumstances where he determined that the condition could be construed as workable, despite the fact that it made reference to an outdated scheme of local government taxation.
