Sentencing - Unduly lenient sentence - Reference by the Attorney General - Aggravating and mitigating features.
On a reference by the Attorney General to the Court of Appeal in the cases of three offenders charged with, inter alia, aggravated burglary, the court considered the sentences to be unduly lenient on account of the aggravating features present.
