Sentencing - Handling stolen goods - Prosecution offering no evidence on charge of conspiracy to rob - Judge taking facts of conspiracy into account when sentencing - Whether judge sentencing on erroneous basis.
A sentence of four years' imprisonment imposed upon a defendant who pleaded guilty to handling stolen goods was reduced, on appeal, to one of three years and six months' imprisonment.
