Sentencing - Conspiracy to defraud - Aggravating and mitigating features - Whether sentence manifestly excessive.
Sentences of two years and six months' imprisonment and three years' imprisonment imposed upon two defendants who pleaded guilty to conspiracy to defraud were upheld on appeal. A sentence of three years' imprisonment imposed upon a third co-defendant was reduced to two years and six months' imprisonment on account of his timely guilty plea.
