A 35-year-old claimant was awarded 17,500 for pain, suffering and loss of amenity, in addition to 7,500 for loss of congenial employment in circumstances where he suffered an accident at work which caused him to suffer permanent pain in his cervico-thorasic junction with radiation into his right arm, in addition to frequent migraines.
