Tracing - Money - Money had and received - Whether claimant entitled to trace money into premises purchased by first defendant.
The instant case was a text book example of the first defendant company being used as a vehicle to obtain money by fraud. Accordingly, the claimant was entitled to trace his moneys into the first defendant's account and into the property acquired by that company.
