The Employment Appeal Tribunal dismissed an appeal by the employee, a senior ward sister, against the decision of an employment tribunal dismissing her complaint of disability discrimination, on the ground that the point sought to be raised on appeal was the subject of an adverse finding of fact by the employment tribunal so as to be untenable.
