An arrangement between the applicant employee and the respondent employee that the applicant should participate in a child break scheme, allowing her to spend an extended amount of time with her child after maternity leave, amounted to an arrangement within s212(3)(c) of the and was to be taken into account when computing her period of continuous employment.
