The court gave guidance as to the principles to be applied where a claimant claimed damages arising out of a breach of confidence in circumstances where the defendant's newspaper published an article and photographs concerning the claimant's attendance at Narcotics Anonymous meetings, finding that there had been a breach of confidence arising out of that publication.
