European Community - Customs and excise - Common Customs Tariff - Classification within Common Customs Tariff of glands and other organs for organo-therapeutic uses - Whether immunoglobulin concentrates from dried, defatted and decaseinated colostrum, standardised by means of lactose properly classified as glands and other organs for organo-therapeutic uses - Council Regulation (EEC) 2658/87 - Commission Regulation (EC) 2086/97.
On the proper construction of Annex I to reg(EEC) 2658-87, as amended by reg(EC) 2086-97, immunoglobulin concentrates from dried, defatted and decaseinated colostrum, standardised by means of lactose, were properly classified as pharmaceutical products within heading 3001 of the combined nomenclature to the Common Customs Tariff.
