Bermuda - Contract - Employment - Termination of contract - Stock option plan introduced shortly after employees' employment ended - Whether employees entitled to stock options.
In a dispute concerning the payments and benefits due to two senior executives of the company on the termination of their contracts of employment the Privy Council affirmed the decision of the Court of Appeal of Bermuda that the executives were not entitled to stock options under a stock option plan which was introduced shortly after their employment came to an end.
