Sentencing - Rape - Extended licence period - Danger to public - Defendant pleading guilty to rape - Defendant being sentenced to six years' imprisonment and extended licence period - Whether judge in error in extending licence period.
A sentence of six years' imprisonment and an extended licence period was not inappropriate for an offence of rape where the defendant posed a significant risk to the public.
