Negligence - Duty to take care - Road accident - Claimant attempting to cross road from behind bus - Claimant struck by coach travelling in opposite direction - Whether coach driver negligent.
In a road traffic accident where the claimant had attempted to cross the road from behind a bus and been hit by a coach which was travelling in the opposite direction, it was held on the evidence that the driver of the coach had not been negligent.
