On an appeal from a decision of the employment tribunal by which it awarded to the employee damages for unlawful sexual discrimination and aggravated damages in the total sum of 16,000, the Employment Appeal Tribunal ruled, inter alia, that, on existing authority, the award was permissible and accordingly dismissed the appeal.
