Restraint of trade by agreement - Employer and employee - Construction of covenant - Covenants requiring employee technician not to undertake work for or soliciting clients of claimant employer for nine month period following termination - Whether covenants reasonable.
Restrictive covenants in the contract of a technician in an automotive panel repair company which prevented the employee from performing services for the claimant employer's clients or soliciting clients for a period of nine months following termination of the contract were held to be reasonable and enforceable.
