The Case

The Solicitor's Disiplinary Tribunal had been entitled to conclude that a solicitor, who had written offensive letters accusing a third party of dishonesty, had not been guilty of conduct unbefitting a solicitor in circumstances where the letters might have been justified by their surrounding context.
