Employment tribunal - Procedure - Complaint of unfair dismissal - Interlocutory appeal - Employee appealing against procedural decision of tribunal chairman - Whether chairman erring.
In an interlocutory appeal by the employee, there had been nothing in the written or oral material presented to the Employment Appeal Tribunal to demonstrate any error of law on the part of the tribunal chairman in the procedural decisions complained of. Accordingly the appeal would be dismissed.
