Sentencing - Murder - Defendant sentenced to be detained during Her Majesty's pleasure - Recommendations as to tariff.
The Lord Chief Justice recommended that a defendant's tariff period should come to an end because he had already served more than 11 years of the 12 year tariff period fixed by the Secretary of State.
