The Case

In a case which involving allegations of money laundering, it would be permissible to have count one of an indictment expressed as 'conspiracy to contravene of the Drug Trafficking Act 1994 alternatively of the Criminal Justice Act 1988, contrary to of the Criminal Law Act 1977'.
