Legal aid - Certificate - Withdrawal - Claimant's legal aid certificate withdrawn - Funding Review Committee upholding decision to withdraw certificate - Claimant seeking judicial review - Whether committee in error.
In an application for judicial review challenging a decision of the Funding Review Committee upholding the withdrawal of a legal aid certificate, it was held that the withdrawal of that certificate, where the costs benefit test had not been satisfied, was a decision which the committee had been entitled reasonably to reach.
