Public health - Sewerage - Provision of public sewers - Duty to provide a public sewer 'in a particular locality' - Whether duty to provide public sewer to all premises in particular locality - s 101A(1).
On the true construction of s101A(1) of the the words 'premises in a particular locality', notwithstanding that they meant the same as the words 'the premises in question' in s101A(2) (a), (b) and (c), did not necessarily import all the premises situated in the locality.
