Employment - Remuneration - Deduction from wages - Bonuses - Calculation of bonus governed by agreements concluded between authority and trade union which formed part of conditions of employment - Employee arguing no notification of change of conditions of employment received - Employment tribunal not addressing that issue in its decision - Whether tribunal in error.
Where it was part of an employee's case before the employment tribunal that he had received no notification of any change in his conditions of employment, and the tribunal had not addressed that issue in its decision, it was held, allowing the employee's appeal, that it was in the interests of justice that the case be remitted back to the same tribunal chairman for determination of that issue.
