Unfair dismissal - Compensation - Future loss - Quantification - Tribunal deciding not to make any award for future loss on basis case had taken 18 months to conclude from date of dismissal - Whether tribunal giving adequate reasons for decision not to make award.
The question of future loss was remitted back to the employment tribunal as the reasons given did not adequately vouch a decision arbitrarily to cut off future loss at the date of the hearing when it would appear that the appellant had been trying to obtain alternative employment in the intervening period.
