Natural justice - Disciplinary tribunal - Dismissal of employee - Disciplinary procedure being implemented in relation to employee - Internal memorandum indicating employer's view on employee's actions prior to disciplinary hearing - Employee bringing proceedings before employment tribunal - Tribunal not addressing question of internal memorandum - Whether decision reasonable.
