Negligence - School - Duty of care - Bullying - Claimant being bullied by fellow pupils outside school premises - Whether school owing duty to prevent bullying taking place outside school premises.
There might be circumstances in which failure by a head teacher to exercise his or her power to discipline a pupil who attacked or bullied another pupil outside school premises would be a breach of the school's duty of care.
