Sentencing - Supplying a Class A drug - Aggravating and mitigating features - Whether sentence unduly lenient.
A community and punishment and rehabilitation order imposed upon an 18-year-old offender who pleaded guilty to supplying a Class A drug was considered, on a reference by the Attorney General, to be unduly lenient. The court, in its discretion, declined to increase the sentence.
