The court reminded practitioners that the time limits set out in the Chancery Guide for lodging skeleton arguments should be complied with and judges of the Chancery Division would apply sanctions where the time limits were not observed. In the instant case, however, the court was satisfied that there were good reasons for non-compliance with the time limits.
