On an appeal against the decision of the employment tribunal by which the appellant's claims for racial discrimination, victimisation, breach of contract and unfair dismissal were dismissed, the Employment Appeal Tribunal ruled that the tribunal had not erred in law and accordingly the appeal would be dismissed.
