Extradition - Committal - Extradition crime - Evidence - Applicant accused of extradition crimes - Whether magistrate restricted to consideration of warrant.
On the facts the stipendiary magistrate had not been limited to looking at the warrants, but was required to look at the statement of the offences and the copy of the relevant enactments which were required material for any extradition proceedings under the European Convention on Extradition.
