In an action brought by a Spanish steel company against a decision by the European Commission holding that it had been in breach of art65 of the ECSC Treaty, the court ruled that the company should have been granted a reduction of the fine of 20% on the basis of its co-operation with the investigation, but otherwise the action would be dismissed.
