Juan José Alcerro Milla
Juan José Alcerro-Milla., a Honduran Attorney and Notary Public, is a Partner in the Corporate/M&A Department at Aguilar Castillo Love. Conciliator and Arbitrator for the Tegucigalpa Chamber of Commerce. He holds an LL.M. from Instituto de Empresa, Business School, Madrid. His practice focuses in corporate law, foreign investments, mergers and acquisitions, competition law, energy, real estate, IP and taxation both locally and cross-border throughout the offices in Central America. He is currently the director for the Corporate Law, Real Estate and IP Departments of the office in Honduras. Has been professor of law for Escuela Agrícola Panamericana (El Zamorano).
