Christian Browne
Chris is the Managing Director of Summerfield Browne Solicitors. He specialises in intellectual property law, regulatory law and life sciences including biotechnology. Chris has advised a number of life science companies on a wide range of commercial matters including patent and intellectual property litigation, employment law including enforcing restrictive covenants, commercial agreements including joint ventures, regulatory matters relating to life sciences and also mergers and acquisitions.
In addition to his role with Summerfield Browne Limited he is also a legal advisor with the Institute of Directors.
