This Precedent is a patent assignment for the assignment of patents, patent applications and know-how drafted from the perspective of the assignee. It can be used to transfer specific identified patents and/or patent applications and defined know-how and/or material, including biological material deposited under the Budapest Treaty. The document includes a power of attorney and so must be executed as deed. This Precedent can also be used to form part of a wider intellectual property licence (IP licence).
