Marie Berard
Marie Berard is a partner in the International Arbitration Group at Clifford Chance LLP, based in the London office. She has represented multinational corporations, governments and individuals. She has advised on a wide range of international arbitrations proceedings, both on an ad-hoc basis (including under UNCITRAL Rules), and under the Rules of the LCIA, ICC, SCC and the ICAC (Russia).
Marie's work has spanned many economic sectors, with particular emphasis on the energy, oil & gas, telecommunications, construction, and real-estate sectors. Recent publications include 'Jivraj v Hashwani ' Faith in English arbitration is restored' in Les Cahiers de l'Arbitrage 2011-4.
