Christopher Leung


Christopher is a solicitor in the IP and Technology Protection and Enforcement Group at Fieldfisher. His experience spans a broad range of IP rights including patents and SPCs, trade marks, copyright, database rights and domain names, but he has a particular interest in patent litigation in the life sciences field and has worked on various cases involving pharmaceutical patents and SPCs.

Prior to joining Fieldfisher, Christopher studied chemistry at Imperial College London and spent two years at a firm specialising in patent litigation. In 2017 he obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice from the University of Oxford.
