Miglena Ilieva

Biography

Miglena is a UK immigration solicitor and heads the firm’s UK technical knowledge. She also advises clients on complex areas of immigration law and is involved in lobbying the Home Office to make changes to the law and policy. Miglena has a particular interest in European law and is one of the firm’s experts on free movement of people within the EEA. 

Miglena has specialised in UK immigration and nationality law since 2009. She has extensive experience in advising high net worth and corporate clients on a broad range of immigration matters, from applications under the Points-Based System (PBS) to family, settlement and naturalisation applications. 

Miglena is also a manager in the UK enquiries team and together with Anna Robinson is the first point of contact for initial enquirers in the London office. 

Miglena is currently based in Tel Aviv and London.
