His Honour Judge Simon Auerbach

Simon Auerbach is a Senior Circuit Judge of the Employment Appeal Tribunal, having been appointed to that position in December 2018. He was a solicitor in private practice until 2007, a part-time Chair of Employment Tribunals from 2004 to 2007, a salaried Employment Judge from 2007 to 2018, a Recorder from 2010 to 2018, and a Circuit Judge sitting in the civil and criminal jurisdictions in 2018. He was also an independent member of the Council of ACAS from 2001 to 2008. He is a contributor to Harvey on Industrial Relations and Employment Law and to The White Book on civil procedure.
