Jake is a Partner at Deloitte Legal UK where he is Head of Financial Regulation. His clients range from large international banks to start-up and scale-up fintech businesses. Previously Jake has been a Partner at international law firms including Pinsent Masons and Berwin Leighton Paisner.

Jake is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales (since 2000) and a member of The Law Society. He is recommended in the Legal 500 UK edition for financial services regulation and fintech.

He is a member of the Financial Services Sub-committee of the Law Society’s Company Law Committee. Jake is the Editor of the chapter on MIPRU for LexisNexis Butterworths Financial Regulation Service.
