Jonathan advises and acts on all areas of intellectual property law. In 2011 he was awarded Oxford University’s Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and has appeared in the Intellectual Property and Enterprise Court on cases including addressing the court on the then recently formulated test for the admission of survey evidence in trade mark cases.
