Aysha El-Kaddah

Aysha is member of HFW's finance group and specialises in trade, asset and export finance. She has represented a number of banks and other financial institutions, oil majors, trading houses, equity investors, PE funds and borrowers on complex structured finance transactions in respect of various asset classes, particular shipping and off-shore assets. She also advises a variety of corporates on sale and purchase, charter arrangements and other commercial matters. Aysha has extensive experience in restructurings, work-outs, enforcements and loan portfolio transfers. She has an interest and experience in Islamic Finance and passed the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment Islamic Finance Qualification.
