Stephen Dillon

Steve is a Partner at Gosschalks and Head of the Insolvency team. Since 2004, Steve has provided strategic advice in transactions where one of the parties may be insolvent, as well as acting in formal insolvencies of companies and individuals. His practice often includes ancillary shareholder and director Litigation, as well as large and high value multi-party Litigation that has an Insolvency flavour. His particular focus, and client base, remain acting for and advising Insolvency Practitioners in their various offices ' Liquidators, Administrators, Supervisors of Voluntary Arrangements, Trustees in Bankruptcy and LPA Receivers ' as well as banks enforcing their securities. Steve is renowned for his strong analytical skills, his ability to instinctively recognise the Court issues in every case, and how quickly he can build up rapport and trust with his clients.
