Will Deller

Will is an associate in Bird & Bird's Sports Group, based in London.

He advises clients on both commercial and regulatory issues, most recently advising on a range of sponsorship and broadcasting matters across rugby, football and tennis. He has also been involved in advising on gambling regulatory matters for an online sports betting company.

Will has recently returned from secondment to a Premier League football club, where he advised on a variety of commercial, consumer and brand protection issues, in addition to a number of national and international regulatory matters. Prior to this, Will completed a secondment to a national sports governing body where he assisted with day to day commercial agreements and a large scale regulatory investigation.
