Jo has over 20 years of experience in complex cross-border projects and disputes based in Sydney and London. Jo is experienced in all forms of dispute resolution (such as mediation, expert determination, arbitration or litigation) as required.  

Jo has extensive experience in commercial, construction and investment arbitrations under the ICC, ACICA, SIAC, LCIA, AAA (ICDR), UNCITRAL and ICSID arbitration rules in a diverse range of industries, including energy, resources and infrastructure, construction, telecommunications and information technology. She has represented States and private parties in international investment arbitrations. Jo is one of Australia's two members of the ICC Court of Arbitration and involved with ACICA and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
