Philip Coppel is an experienced trial lawyer with a wide-ranging commercial and government law practice. He is acclaimed in the professional directories in all his practice areas.

Background

Coppel qualified as a lawyer in Australia, having graduated in law from the Australian National University. After practising there for five years, he moved to London, where he worked as a solicitor for the City firm McKenna & Co (now CMS Cameron McKenna) in its construction litigation team. In November 1994 he was called to the Bar and started practice. In 2009 he was appointed Queen's Counsel.
