Victoria is a senior associate in the Privacy and Information Law Group at Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP who advises on data protection, privacy and information law

She contributed chapters on 'Legitimate Processing Criteria' and 'Employment Relationships' to European Privacy Law and Practice for Data Protection Professionals, IAPP, 2012. Additionally, Victoria wrote the chapter on Freedom of Information in A Manager's Guide to IT Law (2nd ed.), British Computer Society, 2011.

Victoria is the author of the practice note on 'Model Clauses and Safe Harbor' in LexisPSL IP & IT.
