Victor read law in France, at the University of Orléans. He graduated with a Master's degree in Business Law. He completed his PhD in EU Competition Law at the University of Paris-Dauphine in 2007. He qualified for the French Bar in October 2011. He has worked as an editor for LexisNexis France since 2002. He was content editor for a range of workflow products for the legal profession in France. He has a particular interest in the field of EU Law and Comparative Law. He has contributed to various legal publications in France and in the UK. He joined LexisNexis EU Tracker in 2007.
